A melodia da famosa, Ave Maria, de Franz Schubert, foi escrita para o teatro, mas acabou fazendo sucesso, como música sacra da Igreja Católica. Sendo assim, resolvi, com todo respeito, torná-la mundana de novo, através de uma letra de minha autoria.
The melody of Franz Schubert's famous Ave Maria was written for the theater, but ended up becoming a hit as sacred music of the Catholic Church. So, I decided, with all due respect, to make it worldly again, through lyrics of my own.
